I think it's pretty common that some embryos take up to day 6 to reach blastocyst. Out of my ICSI embryos, 4 of them were day 5 but only 1 PGS normal. Another 4 made it on day 6 and actually 3 of these were euploid!

My experience is limited- we did one ICSI cycle and one IVF cycle. The quality of our embryos from the ivf cycle was much much better. We’ve also had two successful pregnancies from that cycle and none from the ICSI cycle (despite being pgs tested). But again, that’s just limited anecdotal experience. I do believe in natural selection playing a role though.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I saw my RE today and he recommended that we try the 4BB tested embryo first given the higher grade and also the fact that it's a day 5 blast. The other 3 euploids are day 6 blasts and all the untested ones were day 5s. He did say however that if that isn't successful we could have a discussion about whether to try the 4AA IVF one next.
